Qualifikationen

• Interest in corporate communications, PR, media or marketing.
• Strong storytelling and the ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Curiosity about brands, consumer trends and corporate reputation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate across functions.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in research and reporting.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the execution of internal communication campaigns (town halls, leadership engagements, associate communications).
• Assist with content creation for intranet articles, newsletters, presentations and digital channels.
• Support media monitoring, news tracking and reporting; identify trends for VF and brands.
• Coordinate communication calendars and project plans to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Assist with LinkedIn content and community management to boost employer branding and engagement.
• Support logistics and communications planning for leadership visits and events.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations measuring impact of communications initiatives.
