Zusammenfassung

Vans is seeking a Service Delivery Technician Intern for our Digital Technology team at the EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. This 12‑month, full‑time internship offers hands-on learning in enterprise IT support, workplace technology, and service delivery, under the End User Services (EUS) umbrella.

You will assist experienced technicians and learn through guided tasks and real projects. Eligibility requires graduation after November 1, 2026 or student status on Feb 1, 2027, and EU/EEA

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Interest in IT support, workplace technology, digital services, and customer-facing technology roles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

Aufgaben

• Support the EUS team in resolving end-user technology issues, handling service requests, and learning VF’s support tools and processes.
• Assist with workplace technology, including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment, collaboration tools, and local IT services.
• Help with inventory, user guidance, technology adoption, and small projects while developing communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
