VF Corporation invites you to join its EMEA Internship Program in Stabio, Switzerland as a Service Delivery Technician Intern. You will learn by supporting end-user IT services, devices, and workplace technology while collaborating with international teams.

Gain practical experience, build customer service and technical skills, and participate in a structured learning path with real projects and hands-on tasks. The program runs for 12 months full-time with a competitive CHF salary.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Technology or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are assets.
• Basic familiarity with Windows, MS 365, hardware and peripherals.
• Curiosity about how technology enables business workflows.

Aufgaben

• Support the End User Services (EUS) team in resolving end-user technology issues and handling service requests.
• Assist with workplace technology including devices, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Develop documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills while contributing to projects.
