Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in a customer service environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on sports or ticketing projects.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and supervise the first-level customer service provider.
• Provide second-level support for major UEFA events (EURO 2028, WOMEN'S EURO 2029, club finals) 2026–2029.
• Draft and publish content for event FAQs and campaigns.
• Contribute to customer journey sub-projects (ticket portals, mobile tickets, payments).
• Collaborate with AccessibALL, spectator services, safety, finance and legal teams.
