BLP is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for Invoices to lead and grow our Zurich-based engineering team, owning the product roadmap, delivery, people, and hiring. You will work with the Director of Product Engineering and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to ensure successful enterprise go-lives.

You will hire, onboard, and grow engineers across Zurich and Europe, turning the team into an empowered product-focused unit that defines outcomes and measures success.

Competenze

• Led an engineering team of 8+ people for at least two years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong backend engineering background and ability to discuss production code and system design.
• Proven hiring experience and structured interview process.
• Delivered complex enterprise go-lives with customer stakeholders.
• Able to balance priorities and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Fluency in English; German a strong plus.
