Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead and scale a global engineering organization from Zurich, ensuring robust delivery, rigorous processes, and strong stakeholder visibility. You will partner with the CTO and CPO to align technical strategy with market needs and drive excellence across disciplines.

This role requires 12+ years in software, 5+ years in senior leadership, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing 50+ engineers.
• Experience in regulated, security-sensitive environments.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with CTO and CPO.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the engineering planning and delivery processes.
• Ensure high-quality software reaches the market predictably.
• Ensure availability and reliability of frontend and backend services.
• Organise regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
