Job summary

Qualifications

• Led an engineering team of 8+ people for at least two years.
• Strong backend engineering background with ability to review production code.
• Experience hiring engineers and running structured interviews.
• Delivered complex software for enterprise customers with go-lives.
• Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the distributed engineering team across Zurich and Europe.
• Own hiring end-to-end: define profiles, interview, and close offers.
• Own quarterly roadmap and align with product owners and management.
• Deliver enterprise go-lives with clear updates to project stakeholders.
