Crédit Agricole Group in Switzerland's Fund Distribution Services is seeking a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) to manage investor orders, from subscriptions to conversions, within deadlines and to pre-advise fund managers. You will be the main contact for clients and investors, handling requests and ensuring high-quality service.

Your role includes checking orders, capturing faxed submissions, performing first-level controls, and coordinating NAVs and KYC matters with Luxembourg teams

Qualifikationen

• Experience processing fund orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers or conversions)

Within the Fund Distribution Services department, as a Client Operations Officer (Transfer Agent) you will be responsible for processing investor orders (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers or conversions) within the defined deadlines and for pre-advising the fund managers. You will be the main point of contact for clients and investors, handling their requests and ensuring high-quality service.

• Responding to investor queries and managing KYC-related matters in coordination with the investor KYC teams in Luxembourg
