neustark AG in Switzerland seeks a practical, field‑oriented service assistant to support our service technicians on-site and in the field. Based in Bern, you will prepare service materials, coordinate with the warehouse, and travel to sites across Switzerland and neighboring countries for field assignments.
You hold a technical degree, enjoy outdoor work, drive a category B vehicle, and communicate in German with basic English.
To limit global warming to 1.5°C, the IPCC states that net‑zero emissions must be achieved by 2050. In addition to substantial emission reductions, this goal can only be reached through the global deployment of CO₂ removal solutions at the scale of billions of tons. Neustark is a leading provider in this rapidly growing market: we have developed a solution to store CO₂ from the air in recycled mineral waste such as demolished concrete or incineration bottom ash. Neustark has already deployed storage sites in Switzerland and across Europe, storing CO₂ from the atmosphere on a daily basis. We are currently scaling our activities to significantly increase our storage capacity. We are an international team working primarily from Switzerland, enabling permanent CO₂ storage for a better future for all generations on our planet.
The Service Team is part of the IPP – Innovation, Product & Performance Office. The team is responsible for keeping the CO₂ source and storage sites up and running. This includes the commissioning and start-up of new plants, as well as planning and carrying out maintenance and servicing activities.
The role involves field assignments across Switzerland and neighboring countries, with preparation and coordination work based in Bern.
