Jet Aviation Zurich is seeking an intern for the Customer Service team to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced aerospace setting. You will support daily operations, prepare flight packages, and coordinate services for crews and guests at our Zurich FBO.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program; matriculation during the internship period is required.
• Experience in reception, front office, or hospitality roles in a leading environment.
• Aviation experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage, both written and verbal
• Valid drivers license, Category B is mandatory

Aufgaben

• Provide professional flight services at our fixed-base operator in Zurich, ensuring a professional and welcoming customer experience.
• Anticipate customer needs, coordinate personalized services, and ensure interactions reflect Jet Aviation1s high standards.
• Create and manage aircraft handling requests in our FBO One tool, including additional services for invoicing.
• Prepare and distribute flight packages for crews, including weather, wind charts, and NOTAMs.
• Coordinate arrangements for crews and customers (hotels, transport, catering, storage, customs, and vendors).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and workplace experience.
• Act as a welcoming ambassador, maintaining a warm, professional customer journey.
• Maintain passenger and crew lounges and assist with company carpool upkeep.
