Chair Airlines in Zürich is seeking Cabin Crew Members to join our team starting February/March 2027. You will be the face of our Swiss hospitality, ensuring safety, comfort and a memorable journey for every guest aboard our aircraft.

We offer training, permanent employment from the start of training, flexible full-time and part-time rosters, a competitive salary with commissions, flight discounts, uniforms and equipment, and expense support.

Qualifikationen

• Deliver Excellence at Every Turn. As a Cabin Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every flight is safe, comfortable, and memorable. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing safety regulations on board—safety is our number one priority, and you'll be at the forefront of maintaining it.
• Preparing the cabin and organizing work procedures—ensuring everything is ready for a smooth flight.
• Providing friendly and professional service to our passengers—you'll make every guest feel welcome and valued.
• Serving meals and beverages—with attention to detail and a warm smile.
• Conducting onboard sales—you'll offer products that enhance the passenger experience.

What We Expect From You

• Contract start: February/March 2027.
• Completed school education or vocational training.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Minimum height: 158 cm (up to 190 cm)—to meet safety requirements.
• Good health—a medical check is required prior to employment.
• Fluent in Swiss German, German (minimum B1 level), and English—communication is essential; Albanian and additional languages are an advantage.
