Experis Switzerland is seeking a Business Analyst with a Banking background to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams on a core banking transformation project in Zurich. You will analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and elicit detailed requirements in close collaboration with subject-matter experts.

You will support target operating models, coordinate with architects and developers, and ensure changes align with end-user needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Solid banking knowledge, ideally in core banking environments.
• Proven track record in business analysis on complex cross‑functional projects.
• Experience in a product ownership capacity, managing backlogs and prioritising deliverables.
• Understanding of T24 is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with automation and RPA concepts in banking.

• Prepare clear documentation and present findings and options to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the transformation project.


• Analyse existing core banking processes and identify opportunities for automation and process re-engineering, including RPA use cases.


• Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements in close collaboration with subject‑matter experts.


• Support the design of target operating models and future‑state workflows aligned with core banking system capabilities.


• Coordinate with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical specifications.


• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing banking workflows, systems and end users.


• Support testing, validation and rollout activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs before go‑live.


• Prepare clear, structured documentation and present findings, options and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.


• Solid Banking Knowledge, ideally within Core Banking environments.


• Proven track record in Business Analysis on complex, cross‑functional projects.


• Experience in a Product Ownership capacity, managing backlogs and prioritising deliverables.


• Understanding of T24 is considered a strong plus.


• Familiarity with Automation / RPA concepts and their application in a banking context.
