Job summary

Experis Switzerland seeks a proactive Project Manager to support transformation initiatives within our Global Operations team in Zurich. You will drive the migration of legacy business reports to the future Core Banking System architecture and contribute to data-driven capability implementations.

You will also assist in decommissioning MS Access and HOST-based applications while ensuring future process and service capabilities, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Responsabilities

• Support the migration of legacy business reports to target capabilities built around the future Core Banking System and system architecture
• Support the implementation of a data query capability ("user self-service") within Global Operations, based on the future Core Banking System and system architecture
• Support the decommissioning of MS Access based and HOST related business applications, while ensuring future process and service capabilities

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management and transformation initiatives
• Focus on process re-engineering initiatives and data-driven capability implementations
• Demonstrable knowledge of business analysis, data analysis and project management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive deliverables under pressure
