Zusammenfassung

Alpha Mobility SA is seeking an Automotive Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end vehicle logistics from China to Europe and Switzerland. The role is based in Boudevilliers, NE, with 80–100% workload and immediate start.

You will coordinate freight, monitor shipments, and ensure accurate data across our tracking systems while liaising with manufacturers, freight forwarders, ports, and dealer networks. English fluency is essential, French/German an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Education or professional experience in logistics, supply chain, international transportation, import/export or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple international suppliers and logistics partners.
• Experience in the automotive industry, with an importer, manufacturer or logistics provider, is a strong advantage.
• Experience in international logistics, maritime transport or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• English—very good written and spoken; French/German are assets.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate international vehicle logistics from China to export ports and onward to Europe and Switzerland.
• Organize and monitor sea freight from China to Europe; track ETDs, ETAs, and arrivals.
• Maintain and update the internal vehicle tracking platform with accurate data.
• Coordinate port operations, storage, and vehicle release as needed.
• Ensure smooth handover to European and Swiss dealer networks.
