The Swatch Group Services Ltd. is a dynamic provider of logistics services for the Swatch Group, with focus on distribution, IT, customer service and real estate across Europe.

This Senior Transportation Specialist role requires hands-on execution, coordination with carriers, and proactive process improvements in a fast-changing environment. Working in Biel/Bienne, you will manage daily operations, develop dashboards, and contribute to service quality while supporting the export and import

Qualifikationen

Several years of experience in import/export, transit, and eCommerce shipments.
Experience with issue the e-dec reports, Certificates of Origin, claims monitoring, and export closure.

Aufgaben

Serve Swatch Group watch brands and country subsidiaries on daily operational requests.
Care and troubleshoot daily operations to support European Distribution Center and countries.
Monitor transport activities from our distribution center and ensure smooth information flow between stakeholders.
Operate daily dashboards to monitor activities and provide insights for decision makers.
