Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist in Electrophysiology (EP) to support pricing, contracting and master data governance across the EP business.

The role partners with local Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure accurate pricing, compliant contracts, and data integrity while driving operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, or master data management.
• Fluent German and professional-level English required; French is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data systems.

Aufgaben

• Learn and apply pricing logic, hierarchy, and business models to prepare quotes and pricing proposals.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: review contracts for completeness and accuracy, track signatures, archive contracts, and ensure that negotiated terms are implemented in systems.
• Maintain pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems; act as the local power user and point of contact for the contract repository and pricing data governance.
• Investigate and resolve price discrepancies and validate credit notes.
• Calculate and create one-time customer offers.
• Own and maintain master data for HCPs, customers, and products in line with compliance requirements.
• Manage user access requests and related administrative tasks.
• Test, pilot, and roll out digital pricing tools, and support their adoption.
• Design and implement process controls, SOX-relevant documentation, and other measures that strengthen data quality, compliance, and operational execution.
• Produce and maintain recurring dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making.

The Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, compliant and efficient execution of pricing, contract and master data processes. This position partners closely with the local Sales and Clinical teams, as well as Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support sustainable growth and operational excellence across the local EP business.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industry environment. Fluent German and professional-level English skills are required; French is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data systems is an advantage. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
