Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management, humanitarian affairs, political sciences, or related field.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in a complex international, decentralized organisation.
• MSF experience is a major asset.
• Proven ability to operate at Board and executive level.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and stewardship over services mandated to MSF International, ensuring governance, performance and cost‑effective delivery.
• Lead the translation of strategic priorities into objectives, policies and resourcing within MSF International; support Board governance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, statutory accounts and risk management to ensure financial integrity.
• Ensure robust governance, internal controls, data protection, and compliance with Swiss standards and law.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, high‑performing culture across a distributed workforce and manage hosting arrangements.
