Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières International is seeking an International Fundraising Coordinator to provide executive leadership for MSF’s global fundraising strategy and its governance across decentralised entities. The role will oversee the GPS framework, chair key fundraising bodies and align fundraising with MSF’s mission while driving innovation, compliance and international partnerships.

• Senior leadership experience in international fundraising.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in federated multi-country organisations.
• Proven management of large, multi-million budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of MSF’s international fundraising framework (GPS).
• Direct the FR-IO department and coordinate with OD funding units and boards.
• Shape policies and standards for ethical fundraising and donor compliance.
• Represent MSF externally on fundraising matters and in international fora.
