EY is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to support the International Development Hub in strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements for UN systems and multilateral clients. You will combine development expertise with core consulting skills, including structured problem solving, rigorous analysis, and executive communication.

You will lead workstreams, work with senior EY teams, and contribute to high-impact client outputs while advancing digital and AI-enabled transformation

Qualifikationen

• Experience with UN system or international organizations required.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client-facing delivery.

• Design and deliver strategy and transformation projects for UN entities and international organizations.
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, and produce recommendations.
• Own workstreams, manage timelines and deliverables, and craft client-ready outputs.
