EY is seeking an Intern in Consulting for Technology Strategy and Transformation. As part of our high-performing Tech Strategy & Transformation Team, you will deliver exceptional client service—consulting on technology strategies, advising how enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligence will enable business aims.

You will work with clients on strategic technology solutions and support IT transformation. You will develop leadership, consultancy and technology skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records
• Strong customer-centricity and interpersonal skills - a Team Player!
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
• A keen interest in technology and its applications in business.
• Exposure to key technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AI, and more.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

Aufgaben

• Assist engagement teams in realizing clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations.
• Participate in transformational technology consulting engagements, including:
• Business and IT Requirements definition
• Transformational technology program management
• Design and improvement of IT operating models
• ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory
• Support project/team management activities, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
• Leverage data and technology to assist in providing innovative solutions to clients’ challenges.
• Help prepare high-quality work products for clients and other related parties in a timely manner.
• Identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior team members.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients’ personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting and with other services across the organization.
• Participate in educational programs to continually develop personal skills and capabilities.
