Revolution Medicines is a global oncology company focused on innovative GI cancer therapies. We are seeking a Director, Medical Affairs GI, Europe to lead regional medical strategy for pancreatic and colorectal cancers.

You will partner with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation, publications, and launch readiness, while traveling across Europe to engage with national teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant medical or scientific field.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma and Medical Affairs.
• Strong oncology expertise, esp. GI cancers.
• Experience in European/global Medical Affairs roles in matrix organizations.
• Hands-on in engagement, publications, medical communications, evidence generation, and launch readiness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the Regional GI Medical Strategy and medical communications.
• Partner with Global Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.
• Translate global strategy into European regional plans.
• Contribute to clinical development input, publications, and real-world evidence.
• Support launch readiness and pre-launch planning for GI assets.
• Lead scientific exchange activities with advisory boards and congresses.
• Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with patient advocacy and grants teams.
