Mammut Sports Group AG in Seon, Switzerland, offers an internship in Corporate Strategy (80–100%), 6–12 months. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, track progress, and support PMO activities with cross-divisional teams.

Start date January or February 2027 and a hybrid work arrangement with up to 50% from home are available. The role requires studies in business/economics, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Completed or almost finished studies in Business / Economics or similar.
• First working experience in project management, consulting or business transformation is a plus.
• Strong planning and management skills.
• Fluent in English; German would be a plus.

Intern Corporate Strategy (all, 80-100%), 6-12 months

Join our team as

As a part of the Strategy & Transformation team, you will support the translation of strategic priorities into initiatives with strong focus on execution and value creation. Based on data and analytics you assist achieving growth plans and profitability goals. You will be responsible for project management and tracking, working closely with cross-divisional teams and Mammut’s General Management team. The ideal start date for the internship would be January or February 2027.

Play to your strengths

• Completed or almost finished studies (Bachelor/Master) in Business / Economics or similar studies
• First working experience ideally in project management, consulting or business transformation
• Strong management and planning skills
• Hands-on & self-motivating personality with a strong analytical capability & data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Power Point, Teams etc.); Power BI is a plus
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with proficiency in integrating large data sets from multiple sources to drive informed business decisions
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus
• A strong team player with passion for the mountains and outdoor sports in general
