Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed or almost finished studies in Business / Economics or similar.
• First working experience in project management, consulting or business transformation is a plus.
• Strong planning and management skills.
• Fluent in English; German would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress and delivery.
• Assist tracking of projects in the PMO.
• Support change management and internal communications with stakeholders at all levels.
