Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with data management and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools: Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate.
• Interest and experience with generative AI tools (Copilot Studio).
• Ability to translate business processes into simple, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for automation.
• Automate recurring files, monitoring, updating, reconciliation, and tracking tasks.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions, structuring data sources and automating KPI visuals.
• Automate preparation of management presentations and data updates.
• Develop AI use cases to enhance analysis and reporting within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Document solutions, ensure maintainability, and transfer knowledge to the team.
