• Previous experience as Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter in-house or agency.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Highly organised, detail orientated and dedicated to excellent service.
• Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Experience hiring interns or technical roles advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
• Immediately available for a 3-month interim role based in Lausanne.

Aufgaben

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites
• Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview setup, and communication with stakeholders
• Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process
• Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required
