Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks an experienced Intercompany Accountant to support international group accounting operations, focusing on cost‑plus calculations, reconciliations, and period‑end closing activities.

You will work with local finance teams and Group Finance stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and timely intercompany settlements across multiple entities in a post‑IPO environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of accounting experience, preferably intercompany or GL within international entities.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with cost allocations, intercompany recharges, or cost-plus calculations is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and document root-cause analyses.

Responsabilités

• Manage intercompany accounting activities from data validation through journal entries and period-end reporting.
• Perform cost-plus calculations, validate inputs, and prepare allocation schedules.
• Support monthly intercompany reconciliations and quarterly balance-sheet reconciliations using ERP reports.
• Maintain documentation for SOX/internal controls and escalate discrepancies as needed.
