Pardgroup Suisse based in Lugano is seeking an Installation Supervisor to coordinate nationwide installer networks, ensuring coverage, quality, and on-time delivery. The role reports to the Country General Manager and involves collaborating with Retail Project Managers, Store Managers, and client representatives to meet store-specific installation standards.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in similar roles, experience in supplier management and field service operations, and fluent English.

• Professional background in suppliers’ management and field service operations.
• Proven expertise managing contracts and nationwide installation networks.
• Knowledge of Retail, preferably Fashion/Luxury sectors.
• Commitment to compliance and process management.
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, attention to details and data analysis capabilities;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to travel and frequent business trips; proficiency in graphic design tools.

• Collaborate with internal Retail Project Managers, Store Managers, and client representatives to ensure that installations comply with standards, constraints, and the specific requirements of all stores/locations.
