Job summary

Emile Egger & Cie SA in Switzerland seeks an Inside Sales Administrator to act as the central interface between customers, the sales force, and the technical departments. You will manage the process from initial contact to order processing from Cressier (NE) or Wangen (SZ) depending on residence.

You will prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with production while maintaining customer records in ERP/CRM systems. Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (technical background).
• Interest in technical products and customer interaction.
• Good MS Office skills.
• German mother tongue and good English skills; French is an advantage.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in sales support is an advantage but not required.

Inside Sales Administrator

In Cressier (NE) or Wangen (SZ) depending on your place of residence

In this role, you will be the central interface between our customers, the sales force, and the technical departments. You will maintain an overview from the initial customer contact to the final order processing – and actively contribute to finding the best solutions for demanding applications.
