Zusammenfassung

Sécheron Hasler Group is seeking an experienced Industrialization Design Engineer to drive product industrialization from development to serial production. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across production sites worldwide and provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years in mechanical design or industrialization, and strong experience with SolidWorks, ERP/PLM systems, and ISO

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design, industrialization or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems; Oracle ERP; Audros PLM is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate in French; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform mechanical design and industrialization activities across products’ lifecycle.
• Support prototype manufacturing, validation, production ramp-up and serial production.
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Propose robust, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Create, update and maintain drawings, BOMs, and documentation using SolidWorks, PLM and Oracle ERP.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Quality teams.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders and assess impacts on manufacturing, inventory and deliveries.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Support production operators with guidance and problem solving.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Ensure accuracy and traceability of technical documentation.
