Cerrion in Zurich seeks an experienced Customer Success professional to guide industrial customers through onboarding, value realization and expansion using Cerrion’s AI platform. You’ll partner with founders, sales and product leaders to monitor metrics and drive adoption across factories.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, strategic account management, and regular site visits to ensure customer success and growth in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in strategy/management consulting, customer success or account management.
• Industrial manufacturing domain understanding; 1–2 years with industrial customers a strong plus.
• Data fluency: comfortable building dashboards and tracking adoption and value metrics.
• Strong customer discovery, relationship building and executive engagement across departments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meticulous follow-through.
• Fluent in English and German; willing to travel regularly.

Aufgaben

• Onboarding & adoption: Own seamless onboarding and technical implementation for new customers; design success plans.
• Value engineering, delivery and proof: Define and monitor KPIs and build business cases that show value.
• Relationship management: Develop trusted partnerships with plant managers and operations/IT teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Product and Engineering for feedback and improvements.
• Site visits & training: Visit factories to conduct trainings and strengthen relationships.
• Expansion identification: Spot new use cases and multi-site opportunities for expansion.
• Process & playbooks: Refine CS playbooks, health scoring and reporting cadences.
