Zusammenfassung

Enterprise Bot in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide clients through discovery, implementation, and measurable success with our GenAI, Conversational AI, and automation solutions.

You will configure conversational bots, automation workflows, and integrations; coordinate UAT, monitor performance, and drive renewal and upsell opportunities while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in Customer Success, Project Management, Implementation, or Technical Account Management, ideally SaaS or automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in partner enablement, training, mentoring, and supporting implementation partners.

Aufgaben

• Onboarding Navigator: introduce new customers with clear roadmaps, milestones and KPIs.
• Solution Implementer: configure bots, automation workflows, and integrations per customer needs.
• Testing & QA advocate: coordinate UAT, ensure bot quality, fix issues, guide test iterations.
• Optimization partner: monitor bot performance, gather feedback, suggest improvements and ROI enhancements.
• Engagement Conductor: maintain proactive relationships, conduct business reviews, analyze performance.
