• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for Professional Services and other Indirect Services categories, including Consulting, Financial and Legal Services.
• Prepare, launch and manage eRFx processes (RFI, RFP and RFQ), from requirements definition to supplier evaluation and selection.
• Support the development and implementation of global procurement and category strategies.
• Collaborate with category teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective sourcing initiatives.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring competitive commercial conditions and alignment with procurement objectives.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across different functions and geographical locations.
• Support supplier base management, risk management, quality and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies and corporate standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Strong experience in sourcing Professional Services and/or other Indirect Services categories.
• Hands-on experience in managing RFx/eRFx processes and competitive sourcing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Experience with eSourcing/procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, GEP or similar tools is considered a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within a multinational or global procurement organization is considered a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
