AYES - Management & Technology Consulting seeks an Indirect Procurement Specialist to support its expansion in Switzerland. The role focuses on end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services and other indirect categories, collaborating with global teams to drive competitive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will manage RFx processes, negotiate with suppliers, and contribute to global category strategies while engaging senior stakeholders across regions. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Indirect Procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Sourcing of Professional Services and other Indirect Services.
• Hands-on RFx/eRFx processes experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Experience in multinational/global procurement is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services and other Indirect Services.
• Prepare, launch and manage eRFx processes (RFI, RFP and RFQ).
• Support development and implementation of global procurement and category strategies.
• Collaborate with category teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into sourcing initiatives.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive conditions.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Support supplier base management, risk management, quality and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement.
