Aufgaben

• Be the main contact for import and distribution-related questions at the site.
• Coordinate import/export processes for the site, including invoice verification and customs instructions for brokers.
• Prepare shipping documents according to Global Trade Compliance Standards and GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Ensure necessary import/export permits and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled transport for national and international shipments.
• Process customs declarations via EDEC/Expovit.
• Create, maintain, and analyze relevant statistics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with trade compliance standards, SOPs and internal guidelines.
• Create/review GMP-relevant documentation and use regulated systems (Veeva/MEDS).

On behalf of our Client, an international pharma company based in canton Lucerne, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Import/Export Specialist.

General Information:

• Duration: 2 years
• Extension: possible, to be discussed
• Contract: temporary contract via Randstad (employment)
• Home office: not possible, on-site role

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for import and distribution-related questions at the site, as well as an advisory interface for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordination of import and export processes for the entire site, including invoice verification, preparation of clear customs instructions for external brokers, verification of customs clearance, and maintenance of relevant data.
• Preparation of complete shipping documents in accordance with the Global Trade Compliance Standard and Good Distribution Practice, including pro forma invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Ensuring all necessary import and export permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and ground transport for national and international shipments.
• Processing customs declarations via the EDEC/Expovit system.
• Creation, maintenance, and analysis of relevant statistics and operational key performance indicators.
• Performance of activities in accordance with trade compliance standards, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and EHS regulations within your area of responsibility.
• Creating, reviewing, and approving GMP-relevant documentation.
• Utilizing regulated systems, such as Veeva and MEDS, to perform GxP-relevant activities.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in international trade
• Experience with regulatory requirements, particularly GMP and GDP, is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
