A leading global pharmaceutical organization is entering the next phase of its customer engagement transformation journey. Building on several years of progress across people, processes, and technology, the organization is launching an enterprise-wide initiative focused on enhancing customer-centric capabilities, streamlining ways of working, and leveraging advanced digital platforms to drive stronger business outcomes and improved experiences for healthcare stakeholders.
As part of this transformation, an experienced Implementation Lead is required to oversee the successful deployment of a next-generation customer engagement platform within designated markets or business units.
Role Overview
The Implementation Lead will act as the primary representative of the program within assigned affiliates, serving as the key liaison between local leadership and the global transformation organization. The role combines implementation management, stakeholder engagement, readiness oversight, and change adoption responsibilities to ensure a successful rollout and long-term adoption of the solution.
Working closely with business and technology teams, the successful candidate will coordinate implementation activities from initial preparation through post-deployment stabilization, ensuring local requirements are understood while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Operate as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for affiliate leadership.
- Provide regular updates, recommendations, and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and program sponsors.
- Represent local perspectives, challenges, and priorities within the broader global program framework.
- Foster strong relationships across market, regional, and central program teams.
Risk & Readiness Management
- Drive comprehensive readiness planning covering people, process, and technology dimensions.
- Identify implementation risks and dependencies, establishing mitigation and contingency plans where required.

- Encourage adoption of standardized solutions while addressing local business needs.
- Guide and coordinate a cross-functional implementation squad consisting of business and technical resources.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and problem-solving within distributed teams.
- Ensure alignment with program governance, methodologies, and implementation standards across all affiliates.

The ideal candidate is an execution-focused implementation professional who combines strong project leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. This role requires a pragmatic problem-solver who is comfortable operating in fast-moving transformation programs and driving results through influence rather than direct authority.
