The Sustainability Grid is seeking a Programme Specialist to strengthen its SIFI program. Based in Geneva with hybrid work, you will support capital deployment, monitor portfolios, and engage with donors and portfolio organisations.

The role focuses on portfolio management, calls for proposals support, and ecosystem-building activities, offering exposure to a small, international team. You will report to the Senior Programme Manager, contribute to reporting, evaluation materials, and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in development finance, blended finance or related field.
• Experience in grant and investment portfolio management.
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Monitor portfolio milestones and report findings to Senior Programme Manager.
• Primary contact for implementing partners on portfolio monitoring and reporting milestones.
• Develop portfolio-level insights, presentations and reports for funders and governance bodies.
• Contribute to documentation for Calls for Proposals, evaluation and investment committee processes.
• Support ecosystem-building activities and stakeholder engagement.
