Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD).
• 15+ years of bio-pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Knowledge of at least one region or key markets for BMS.
• Experience in program and project management, including milestones and budget.
• Strong matrix leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own International Markets TA medical strategy across the full asset lifecycle.
• Translate global TA strategy into clear direction for RMLs and rMELs across regions.
• Lead external partnerships with thought leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide strategic TA oversight to Europe, APAC and ICON and build succession bench.
