CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Geneva is seeking an IFM Minor Project Lead to oversee real estate projects from planning to closeout. You will work directly with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, and will guide delivery teams to achieve milestones within CBRE standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, fluency in French and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project.
• Define the project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation.
