Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks an IFM Minor Project Lead for a client in Geneva. You will manage all aspects of project delivery from scope and budgeting to design, construction, occupancy and closeout, ensuring timely and credible status reporting.

The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams, a degree or equivalent experience, PMP/LEED preferred, French C1 and English B2, and strong MS Office skills to analyze figures and manage project documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• French (C1) & English (B2) proficiency required.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to perform mildly complex financial calculations.

Aufgaben

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare project scope, resources, cost estimates, budget and milestones.
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFIs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company/client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Guide the project delivery team to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Create action plans, track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
