The role requires a teaching track record of at least five years, a PGCE or equivalent, and a Swiss work permit. You will collaborate with an international academic team to foster excellence and student growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
• PGCE or equivalent.
• Proven track record of excellence in teaching with at least five years’ experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Native English speaker with fluent French.
• Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal record.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement an ICT curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of each pupil, including those with high ability or with special educational needs.
• Create a quality teaching environment conducive to learning, fostering learner agency and implementing the principles of positive discipline.
• Act as a coach by setting learning objectives that are challenging, inspiring and motivating, within the Collège philosophy, and provide students with regular feedback, both orally and through accurate rating.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents about their children’s achievements and learning.
