Collège Champittet is seeking an experienced teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in a multilingual setting. You will foster learner agency and apply positive discipline within the school philosophy.

You will mentor students, adapt lessons to individual needs, and maintain open communication with parents regarding progress and achievements. A five-year track record of teaching excellence in an international context is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree essential.
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven track record of excellence in teaching with at least five years’ experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Native English speaker with fluent French.
• Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal records.

• Create a quality teaching environment conducive to learning and apply positive discipline principles.
• Act as a coach by setting learning objectives that are challenging and inspiring within Collège Champittet's philosophy.
• Adapt teaching to strengths and needs of each pupil, including those with high ability or special educational needs.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents about their children’s achievements and learning.
• Provide students with regular feedback and accurate ratings.
