Zusammenfassung

Collège Champittet in the Lake Geneva region is seeking a seasoned teacher to join our international school team. You will create a quality teaching environment, set ambitious learning objectives, and adapt instruction to every pupil's strengths and needs.

You will communicate regularly with parents about progress and provide ongoing feedback, supporting learner agency in line with the Collège philosophy. This role is full-time and based on site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PGCE or equivalent.
• At least five years of teaching experience, preferably international.
• Native English speaker with fluent French.
• Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal record.

• Act as a coach by setting learning objectives that are challenging, inspiring and motivating, within the Collège philosophy.
• Adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of each pupil, including those with high ability or with special educational needs.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents about their children's achievements and learning.
• Give students regular feedback, both orally and through accurate rating.
