Universität Bern is seeking an ICT System Administrator to deliver first‑line IT support, handle help desk requests and assist with workplace systems.
You will manage Windows clients and servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, participate in patching and backups, and help with on‑call duties. This fixed‑term role is based at the central Bern campus, offering interdisciplinary collaboration and a supportive team environment.

The Institute of Infectious Diseases undertakes tasks in microbiology in the disciplines of virology, bacteriology, mycology, parasitology and serological infection diagnostics. With 200 employees, it is the only university institute in Switzerland to unite all microbiological special disciplines in research, teaching and diagnostics under one roof. The IFIK is also the seat of the National Reference Centre for Pneumococci (NZPn) and the National Centre for Antibiotic Resistance (anresis.ch) on behalf of the Federal Office of Public Health.
