Job summary

Transgourmet Switzerland AG is seeking an IT support professional to assist internal users across various specialist areas. You will analyse incidents, manage service requests in first level support, and document activities using Jira and Confluence. The role includes hardware provisioning, field support across Switzerland, and user administration.

Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is required; German/Italian language skills are beneficial. A flexible schedule with on-call duties may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support in various specialist areas.
• Analyse and process incidents and service requests in first level support.
• Create and process tickets and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Assess ticket priority and escalate as needed.
• Provision and staging of hardware, including Windows clients, printers, cash registers and MDE devices.
• Field support within headquarters and at external locations across Switzerland.
• Maintain user administration and access rights.
• Support projects during implementation.

Tasks

• You support internal users and provide IT support in various specialist areas

• You are responsible for the provision and staging of all hardware. This includes not only Windows clients but also printers, cash registers, various MDE devices and more
• You take on field support within the headquarters and at external locations throughout Switzerland
• You maintain user administration and access rights

• You are willing to take on on-call duty outside normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT field or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
• Experience in IT support and ticketing is an advantage
• You are a service provider out of passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative Independent working is natural for you,
• You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible with working hours to cover on-call duty and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
• You have good communication skills and manners
• You communicate easily in German and Italian, French is an additional advantage
• You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car
