Job summary

Transgourmet Switzerland AG seeks an IT professional to operate and monitor its ERP application and connected systems. You will support ERP processes for both pick-up and delivery wholesale trade, handle disruptions, and document resolutions, creating tickets in Jira and Confluence.

You will coordinate with 1st level support and development, perform data cleansing, and contribute to reports for departments and IT. On-call duties outside normal hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed IT training or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and the processes mapped therein.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge; German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• You ensure the operation and monitoring of the ERP application developed by Transgourmet itself and its connected systems
• The applications and processes cover both the pick-up and delivery wholesale trade
• You handle disruptions and errors in the relevant applications (analysis, resolution, documentation, forwarding)
• You create and process tickets and documentation in the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• You advise and support people in the areas of application and process handling
• You ensure coordination of tasks between 1st level support and application development
• You carry out routine data cleansing tasks and mass mutations in the area of master data
• You create reports and checklists for specialist departments and IT (SQL)
• You support projects with your expertise
• You are willing to take on on-call duty and maintenance work outside normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT field or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
• You have experience in supporting ERP systems and the processes mapped therein
• It is advantageous if you are familiar with the specific requirements in the (food) wholesale trade
• You have sound SQL and database knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of process understanding
• You are a service provider by passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
• Independent and structured working is natural for you
• You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible in working hours to cover on-call duty and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
• Good communication skills in German, additional languages FR/IT are an advantage
