Zusammenfassung

Job-Room is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Switzerland to act as the interface between planning teams and external manufacturing partners. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted supply, coordinating demand and supply, and proactively managing supply risks to support service levels.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics, and supporting long‑range supply planning in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Fluent English; German and/or French as second language
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Aufgaben

• Coordinate supply chain activities between planning teams and external manufacturing partners
• Manage purchase orders and monitor on‑time delivery performance
• Ensure accurate communication of supply and demand information across stakeholders
• Track open orders, identify supply exceptions, and drive issue resolution
• Support inventory availability and manage supply shortages or allocation situations
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Logistics teams to mitigate supply risks
• Monitor forecast requirements and support long‑range supply planning
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain projects
