Zusammenfassung

Ignite Next GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement for prototypes, pilots and production at our HQ in Egg b. Zürich. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and external suppliers to keep supply chains on track and ramp production smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in electronics supply chain, a relevant degree, and strong analytical skills with ERP proficiency. The role offers hybrid work and equity alongside a competitive salary.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or purchasing in electronics hardware.
• BSc in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience with sourcing electronic components is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-supplier management.
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheet/ERP proficiency.
• Excellent English; German helpful but not required.
• Based at HQ in Egg b. Zürich, Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Contract and purchase raw materials, equipment, tools and parts for prototypes and production.
• Support supplier qualification and ensure component specifications are met.
• Analyze data, track lead times and inventory levels, maintain records.
• Coordinate daily communications with suppliers, EMS, PCB vendors and logistics.
• Support tracking supplier performance and flag supply risks.
• Maintain BOM and sourcing data across product lifecycle.
