Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA in Geneva seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to orchestrate production planning across two Swiss sites and oversee logistics for finished goods. You will collaborate with Production, Logistics and Global Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand, inventory and transport in a regulated medical devices setting.

The role combines production planning and logistics responsibilities, with exposure to SAP MM/PP, WM and advanced Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning and/or Logistics, ideally in a regulated industrial environment.
• Strong experience with SAP, MM/PP and ideally WM.
• Good understanding of MRP, production planning, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical skills and an advanced level of Excel.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate production planning activities across two Swiss sites and manage logistics and shipment of finished goods.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics and Global Supply Chain teams to align demand, production, inventory and logistics.
• Extract and analyse demand forecasts from SAP and maintain SAP MM & PP master data.
• Lead weekly logistics meetings and coordinate international transportation from Switzerland to EU destinations.
• Develop and maintain planning documentation and KPI reports for the Global Supply Chain team.
