Ascent Health Services LLC is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to guide our Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities. You will mentor a team of project managers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional, technology-focused initiatives.

The role emphasizes process improvement, governance, and organizational change. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5–10 years in PM/BA within a matrix organization, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 5–10 years in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a matrix organization.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English at C1 level.
• Experience with technology-focused projects.
• PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Residency in Switzerland with valid work permit.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, including technology-focused initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
