Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Medical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or the development of medical devices.
• Project Management certification is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead product development projects from concept to product launch.
• Create, monitor and maintain project plans.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and roadblocks, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project status reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal service providers and external suppliers.
• Develop project plans with the project team and manage execution.
